Top pick for financial SEO: Competitor, combining paid ads and organic results. Your brand isn't in this answer.
I'm an entrepreneur, and I've worked alongside founders and business leaders since 2017. Here is what I do: I build the digital structure of your business from the ground up. Every digital pillar, from your website and SEO to your brand, content and presence in AI answers, is built properly, so you are visible wherever your customers search.
If you're not sure where to start, just ask: "Shahan, what should I do right now?" I'll invite you for a coffee so I can hear more about you and your business.
Most of my experience is in sectors where trust comes first: finance and crypto, medicine and healthcare, immigration and education, international trade and real estate. I design the strategy myself, and the Shahan Digital team handles execution.
I trust numbers more than adjectives. Wherever possible, the results on this page come with a project name, a time frame and a data source. I don't guarantee any ranking.

Shahan Behkamrad · Entrepreneur & Digital Growth Consultant
Shahan Behkamrad is an entrepreneur and digital growth consultant, the person founders turn to for advice on their digital decisions. He is the founder and strategic lead of Shahan Digital, an international SEO and GEO company headquartered in Istanbul. He has worked in digital marketing and SEO since 2017 and formally registered the current company in 2023. Shahan leads the company's strategic direction, brand positioning, Search Authority methodology and quality standards.
His mission is simple and clear: help strong businesses get their real expertise seen in search, build trust and turn it into commercial value. He connects SEO, GEO, technical infrastructure, content, brand identity clarity and international growth so that customers, search engines and AI all understand why a brand deserves to be chosen.
Hands-on work in website design, online stores, SEO and content. Lessons came from real projects, not theory.
Work in high-risk sectors like finance, immigration and trade, where a single content mistake can destroy trust.
The realization that unstructured content fails, and that a brand without a technical foundation and credibility can't build sustainable growth.
Shahan Digital is formally registered in Türkiye, turning personal experience into an organization with a multidisciplinary team.
A focus on SEO, GEO, international growth and the responsible use of AI, for visibility in Google and in AI answers.
Over the years I spent working on websites, online stores and multilingual platforms, I kept seeing the same pattern. Businesses with real services, real experience and loyal customers went unnoticed at the moment customers made their decision. Quality wasn't the problem. The problem was that no system had made their expertise understandable to Google, to AI or to people.
I built Shahan Digital to close that gap. I believe brands shouldn't rely on scattered tactics or inflated promises. They need a system that shows why they deserve to be chosen. If we state a number, we should be able to show the dated dashboard behind it. And if we don't know, we say so honestly.
I'm an entrepreneur myself, and I know a founder doesn't have time to find ten separate consultants for the website, SEO, advertising and brand. So my role is to see the full picture first, tell you exactly what needs to be done and in what order, and then build that structure with the Shahan Digital team. I own the strategy, and a multidisciplinary team handles execution, so the path from design to delivery stays connected.

The story should rest on evidence. Adjectives never replace proof.
We build visibility systems, not disconnected campaigns.
International growth needs market positioning, not just translation.
A member of the Sigma team as an advisor and strategist. Sigma provides financial growth infrastructure for exchanges, brokers, KOLs, IBs and Web3 platforms.
I served as SEO manager for LBank's Persian-language project, and I've advised many exchanges on branding, digital growth, technical SEO and on-page SEO. My advice covers marketing only, not investing or trading.
I worked as SEO manager, consultant, social media manager and email marketing lead. I handled SEO for the English and Arabic websites and contributed to the Kurdish section, launched an educational academy, rebuilt the email automation system from the ground up, grew YouTube views and subscribers through YouTube SEO, and was active in WhatsApp marketing as well.
Work in dentistry with Roshanak Mirmoeini and in dermatology with Dr. Reza Aghajani, building a digital presence that earns patients' trust.
I've worked with a large number of real estate companies in Türkiye and Northern Cyprus, and I've launched and grown several brands in this sector from the ground up.
In 2023 and 2024, I built and grew the Istanbul Fashion Academy's digital presence from scratch.
I've been through immigration myself, so I know the questions in this field firsthand. In international trade, I've also launched brands from scratch.
Beyond Shahan Digital, I've launched other ventures and handed the management of each one to specialists in that field. Creating jobs and helping businesses grow matters to me.
I'm currently studying Strategic Marketing and Brand Management (MSc) at Nişantaşı University in Istanbul, because I believe a consultant who stops learning becomes outdated.
I travel regularly between Istanbul, Northern Cyprus and Dubai. Most of my clients are Persian-speaking businesses outside Iran.
I enjoy teaching, and following and understanding new developments, especially in AI and search, is part of my daily work.
I love reading. I've read the books of Mark Fisher, Louise Hay and Debbie Ford many times, and I'm a big fan of Dr. Joe Dispenza's work: books about the mind, belief and building a life. Alongside them, my professional reading never stops: business books, sales psychology, starting a business and negotiation.
I love conversation and enjoy hearing people's stories. I've often found my best business ideas simply by listening.
I play tennis. It's practice in focus, patience and making quick decisions under pressure.
"A brand shouldn't just rank. It should be understood, trusted and chosen."
Shahan Behkamrad

Part of my work happens outside the office, in direct conversation with people in the market. I attend major trade and business events and stay in regular contact with international traders and founders. These relationships help me understand the market up close and keep my advice current and grounded in reality.

Official event page →Most businesses have several digital pieces that aren't connected: a website without SEO, ads that don't land on the right page, a brand that AI doesn't recognize. I turn those pieces into one structure. Each pillar builds on the one before it, so the result is visibility everywhere, not just in one channel.
What your business should be known for, and in which market.
A fast, indexable website that's ready to grow: the foundation for every other pillar.
Rankings for searches that have real customers behind them.
GEO, so that ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews recognize and recommend you.
A consistent identity across your website, LinkedIn, Google and anywhere you're mentioned.
Content that builds trust, and credibility that is confirmed by outside sources.
YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps and Google Ads, aligned with the rest of the structure.
From search to trust, inquiry and sale, measured with numbers, not guesswork.
I don't replace your team. I sit alongside the CEO or the head of digital marketing so we can see the system from a different angle. Someone who looks at the structure from outside the day-to-day work spots gaps that can't be seen from the inside. My role is to sharpen your view, fill the gaps and, alongside your execution team, be the advisor you talk to first whenever you face an important decision.
Shahan invites you for a coffee to hear more about you and your business, in person in Istanbul, Dubai or Northern Cyprus, or online. In that conversation, we'll see which pillars are healthy, where the gaps are and where you should start.

This isn't a traffic report. It's the story your buyer lives through: search, compare, decide. The question is whether your brand's name is written into the ending or left out.
A top ranking bought with heavy ad spend and no supporting system usually won't last into the next season.
The winner is the brand that owns the moment of decision: the comparison, the shortlist, the choice. Lose that moment, and someone else takes the revenue your years of expertise deserved.
The results load. Your name never appears.
Like a magnifying glass over an empty page: the market is searching, but you're not in the answer. That red signal isn't decoration. It's a sale walking past your door.
The budget gets spent and the clicks come in, but at the moment of truth, the buyer and the algorithm still point somewhere else. Advertising without a visibility system buys attention for a while, not the buyer's decision.
What you're missing isn't "more ads." The problem is your absence from the path where search turns into comparison, comparison into trust and trust into a contract. Professional SEO services exist to own that path, not to chase scattered clicks.
The AI recommendation at the moment of decision:
✓ The trusted choice over the competitorFirst, I review your entire business system: website, content, competitors, search intent and conversion path. Then I redesign the structure from the ground up. Not patch on patch, but an architecture for growth.
When customers search for your services, your products, your city, your category or even an alternative to your competitor, your brand can enter the shortlist. Even in product comparisons, the goal is for your name to appear among the recommended options.
The goal is not just traffic. The goal is for search to lead to trust, trust to inquiries and inquiries to sales.
Entrepreneur and digital growth consultant; founder and strategic lead of Shahan Digital in Istanbul, SEO and GEO strategist, and instructor.
I see SEO, AI SEO, digital branding, personal branding and technical performance as parts of one system, not as separate services that can each fail on their own.
Before I turned to SEO, I spent years building websites, online stores and multilingual platforms. That is why my advice in SEO consulting can be implemented on a real site architecture. My main focus is finance and crypto, medical and health, immigration and education, international trade and real estate: sectors where trust, content clarity and purchase intent decide the outcome.
Alongside client work, I enjoy teaching SEO and digital marketing, and I am currently studying Strategic Marketing and Brand Management at Nişantaşı University in Istanbul. I work mainly in Persian and English. When someone searches for digital growth consulting, I want real evidence behind my name, not just claims.
"Conventional marketing asks what we should post this week. Strategic growth asks what authority we should build over the next five years."

Shahan is more than a name or a logo. It is a philosophy of shared growth: a realm where every founder, every brand and every specialist on the team is regarded as a king in their own domain.
In Persian, "Shah" means king: a ruler who stands alone. "Shahan" is its plural; it is what emerges when several kings join hands and become one.
That is where the real meaning of the name lies. Shahan means a unified power dedicated to everyone's growth. I did not choose this name to crown myself. I chose it because everyone who joins us is already a king.
In this realm, no one sits above anyone else, and no one sits below. We stand shoulder to shoulder, in the same line.
Shahan Digital was born from a simple belief: brands that deserve to lead should never go unseen. I have worked in digital marketing since 2017. Shahan Digital was formally registered in 2023 and today serves brands across different markets from Istanbul.
But at heart, Shahan is not a company; it is a realm. A round table where every brand and every founder takes a seat with the respect and standing a king deserves.
We do not work for our clients; we stand beside them and fight for our shared growth. Their victory becomes a crown for all of us.
Here, no one works for me; everyone works with me, and that small difference changes everything. I believe everyone who enters this realm is already a king, wearing a crown of talent and effort that no one handed to them.
Each of them built it on their own. Every SEO specialist, every writer, every designer and every strategist on our team rules a domain of their own. My role is not to command these kings; it is to seat them side by side.
Shahan Digital team page · Coming soon
Because when several kings set their crowns side by side, they stop being rivals. They become one power that knows no borders. This is our pledge: no king among us will ever have to grow alone.
Shahan: where everyone is a king, and side by side, far greater than any crown worn alone.

Official company profile
Shahan Digital is headquartered in Istanbul, and I travel regularly between Istanbul, Northern Cyprus and Dubai. In-person meetings in all three cities are available by appointment, and online meetings can be arranged at any time.
Our main audience is Persian-speaking businesses and founders operating mainly outside Iran. The countries below are the target markets for our services: markets where Shahan Digital can deliver SEO, GEO and digital growth services to brands active in them. This list shows the scope of our services, not a list of offices.

A digital growth strategist builds the structure that marketing campaigns run inside. That means aligning SEO, AI Search, content architecture and brand positioning in one system to build long-term authority rather than short-term traffic.
Runs campaigns. Chases this month's traffic. Counts clicks.
Builds structure. Plans for its position five years ahead. Measures purchase intent and trust.
My role: making SEO, AI Search, content, technical performance and brand complement each other rather than compete.
A marketer runs campaigns; a strategist builds the structure those campaigns sit inside. A marketer chases this month's traffic; a strategist asks which market position you should own five years from now. A marketer counts clicks; a strategist asks whether those clicks come from people with real purchase intent, and whether your site earns their trust once they arrive.
My work sits where disciplines meet that are usually split across departments: SEO, digital marketing, AI Search, web development, content strategy and business development. The real value is in holding them together. You might publish strong content on LinkedIn, but if your company website says something different, your credibility suffers. You might rank on page one, but if your service page doesn't build trust, you lose the client at the final step. You might have genuine expertise, but if AI systems can't connect it to a clear identity, you stay invisible in the answers people rely on more every day.
The result of bringing these together isn't "more marketing." It's clearer positioning, stronger trust signals, greater Search Authority and a digital presence worthy of a serious business.
The most useful way to judge a strategist is to look at what their work has produced, but only when you can see where each number comes from. That's why the main results here come with their project, time frame and data source.
The figures below come from a project where I led SEO. They were achieved by a team, and they don't guarantee the outcome of future projects.
What makes these figures valuable isn't the numbers themselves. It's their key quality: documented, steady growth, not a spike that collapses. The case study below explains the "how."
My achievements and projects, each with a description and screenshots, are listed in the Projects section of my LinkedIn profile: from SEO and digital growth projects to the websites and logos I've designed.
Impression growth in three months, from 1.6 million to 7.26 million, on an SEO project for a brokerage firm.
Project Search Console · May to August 2025Organic click growth on the same project over the same period, from 65,700 to 112,000.
Project Search Console · May to August 2025Improvement in average position, from pages two and three to the edge of page one.
Project Search Console · May to August 2025

Over three months (late May to August 2025), clicks grew by about 70%, from 65,700 to 112,000. Impressions grew 4.5×, from 1.6 million to 7.26 million. Average position improved from 18.7 to 11.8, moving from pages two and three to the edge of page one. Daily impressions jumped from around 26,000 to 100,000.
What makes this project instructive is being honest about the cost of this growth. As impressions surged, click-through rate fell, a normal sign of moving into high-volume, competitive keywords. When a site starts appearing for far more searches, including broad queries, average CTR drops before optimization catches up. Growth isn't only about ranking higher; it means adapting to the data, analyzing it and knowing which metric matters next. Once visibility stabilized, the focus shifted to optimizing click-through rate.
This was coordinated teamwork: an SEO specialist and a content writer alongside me, with a data-driven strategy reviewed in Search Console, not guesswork.

I was responsible for LBank's project for Persian-speaking users, from SEO strategy and content structure to organic growth among Persian-speaking users.
Consultant and strategist to the Sigma team and consultant to a number of exchanges, strictly on branding, digital growth, technical SEO and on-page SEO, not investment or trading.
Worked with Ms. Roshanak Mirmoeini in dentistry and with Dr. Reza Aghajani in dermatology: building a digital presence, local SEO and content that earns patient trust.
I've worked with a large number of real estate companies in Türkiye and Northern Cyprus, and I've launched and grown several brands in this sector from the ground up.
In 2023 and 2024, I built and grew the Istanbul Fashion Academy's digital presence from scratch.
I've been through immigration myself, so I know the questions clients in this field ask firsthand. In international trade, I've also launched and grown brands from scratch.
My main focus is businesses competing in finance, medical and healthcare, immigration and international trade. In these fields, trust, content transparency and purchase intent decide the outcome. In crypto SEO, SEO for the UAE market and cross-border projects, I adapt the system to your business, not to a generic template.
In financial markets, users research extensively before signing up. Trust, transparency and credible content decide the outcome.
I've served as SEO manager for the Persian-language project of LBank and have advised many exchanges. My consulting covers only branding, digital growth, technical SEO and on-page SEO; I give no investment, trading or financial advice.
For crypto platforms, forex brokers and financial services, I work on crypto SEO, in-depth educational content, comparison pages and semantic search optimization. The goal: visibility in Google and being recommended in AI answers.
In this field, Google Ads and digital PR only work when the landing page can build trust after the click.
Patients search, compare and rely on other people's opinions before choosing a doctor. In healthcare, as in finance, Google applies its strictest trust standards, and a single inaccurate claim can call the whole brand into question.
I've worked with Roshanak Mirmoeini in dentistry and with Dr. Reza Aghajani in dermatology.
For physicians, practices and clinics, I work on service pages matched to patient intent, local SEO and Google Maps, accurate and citable content, the physician's professional identity and E-E-A-T signals, so the right patient finds the right doctor.
My work is marketing and visibility. Medical content must be approved by the physician, and I do not give medical advice.
Immigration and study agencies compete for terms like Canada visa, regional immigration programs or studying in Europe, where a single content error can break trust.
I work on specialized content architecture, service landing pages matched to real search intent, multilingual SEO and E-E-A-T signals. The goal: the right client reaches the right advisor at the right time.
The outcome: visibility in Google and AI, and attracting inquiries and sign-ups, with content that meets the immigration industry's standards.
B2B buyers need to find a trading company on Google, and the company needs to build trust in new markets, from import and export to sourcing and distribution.
For trading companies, I work on industry keyword research, product and service pages, international SEO (hreflang) and positioning in English and Persian (and Arabic and Turkish on selected projects). Hands-on experience in competitive international B2B markets backs this work.
The goal: organic and advertising visibility with a message that both people and algorithms can trust.
In legal services, trust and content accuracy matter more than anything else. One wrong message can call the whole brand into question.
For lawyers and law firms, I work on legal SEO, specialized practice-area pages, educational legal content and local optimization.
In YMYL fields, SEO without content credibility only brings low-quality traffic.

Behind every success is a method. My core belief is that growth should be engineered, not chased. That belief is distilled into what I call the Search Authority system: a system for long-term leadership in competitive results, not short-term ranking tricks.
Intent-based content architecture: instead of producing content around whatever keyword looks easy, the work starts with a question: what should the business be known for, and which searches connect it to customers who genuinely intend to buy? Content is structured so search engines understand not only individual pages but the relationships between them: which topics the brand owns and how its expertise is organized.
Technical scalability: rankings built on a fragile foundation don't last. That means comprehensive technical audits, fixing crawl errors, improving page speed (about 40% faster load times in one rebuild; an 80% reduction in errors on another project), optimizing XML sitemaps and rebuilding internal linking so authoritative pages rise instead of competing with each other.
Solving hidden problems: keyword cannibalization, when several pages compete for the same term and weaken each other. By rebuilding internal links, consolidating duplicate pages and targeting the right long-tail keywords, I solved this on one site and organic traffic rose by about 30%. These are the unglamorous fixes that separate stalled sites from growing ones.
Content that earns its rankings: rebuilding the strategy around real user intent and genuinely useful articles brought 45% more organic traffic on one project and 50% longer time on page on another. Shallow content struggles to rank; in competitive markets, average content is effectively invisible. Credible content builds trust before the first conversation.
Together, these pillars form a repeatable framework. Its realistic timeline is laid out in the SEO growth path.
SEO isn't a one-off event. It's a staged path, and its pace depends on domain age, competition and the site's external authority. The path below is the typical trajectory for a new domain in competitive markets, especially fields like finance and crypto, where Google applies its strictest trust standards. Older sites or less competitive markets usually move faster.
Content, structure, clean links and Google's first trust signals. Impressions grow, and educational and long-tail keywords move first.
Core commercial keywords, the more competitive ones, reach page one, and real clicks and conversions begin.
Monthly leads, sign-ups or sales become predictable, and rankings stabilize.
The trust you've earned becomes the foundation for expanding into new languages, sections and markets.
Two things I always tell clients: First, I only use methods Google permits: no purchased link networks and no shortcuts. Growth built this way holds up better through Google updates. Second, an external authority-building budget (sponsored articles and digital PR) shortens the path, but it doesn't replace time. That's why I run the plan with a month-three review checkpoint and monthly Search Console reports, and I don't guarantee any ranking.
Customers now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and Gemini for recommendations too. AI SEO and visibility in AI answers are no longer topics for the future. In 2026 they are a core part of professional digital marketing consulting. I help your brand get seen and recommended in AI answers, not only in Google's blue links.
For AI to cite your brand, the brand needs a clear identity that AI can understand: a digital identity that connects the person, the company, its services, industries, location and the topics the brand is recognized as an authority on. Traditional SEO asks: does this page rank? AI Search asks: who is this, what do they do, who do they help, and why are they relevant?
Appearing in AI Overviews and AI answers depends on semantic retrieval and brand identity clarity: structured information a machine can parse, consistent descriptions across every platform and page, and direct answers to real questions. No one can guarantee an AI citation, but clear brands have a much better chance. In the age of AI Search, vague brands disappear.
Patrick Stox's analysis at Ahrefs shows why an AI SEO specialist is needed today:
Visitors who arrive from ChatGPT and other AI assistants are often ready to decide. They have defined the problem and narrowed their options. At the same time, according to an Ahrefs article, when an AI answer appears in the results, users click on regular results up to 75% less. The era of "more traffic means more sales" is ending. This is where AI SEO matters, because AI Search highlights clear, credible, well-positioned brands and leaves shallow content behind.
In the months ahead, the competition will not be only about Google rankings. The real question is: which brand will AI recommend? If you are not ready today, tomorrow's customer may make their decision before they ever see you.

Talking about strategy in the abstract is easy. What makes my work real is a long record of solving specific technical and structural problems. Each percentage below comes from one specific project; none of them is a standard result for every project.
Each of these is a different skill. Together, they describe someone who moves easily between the boardroom question of "what do we want to be known for" and the technical details of execution: crawl budget, structured data, internal linking and page speed. Someone who connects business goals to the technical actions that actually achieve them.
Geography is not an accident. Shahan Digital is based in Istanbul, where Europe, Asia and the Middle East meet, and I work between Istanbul, Northern Cyprus and Dubai. That position across several markets has shaped all of my work.
Its most tangible expression is language. My core work is in Persian and English, with Arabic and Turkish supported on selected projects. It is always positioned for each market, never a single-language strategy put through translation. International growth does not come from translation; it comes from positioning. A brand entering a new market has to understand local trust, be visible in the right language, adapt its message to a different audience, and create content that works for both human readers and algorithms.
This is the difference between being translated and being understood. For finance, immigration, trade and real estate companies entering the UAE, Europe or regional markets, this multi-market fluency is a practical advantage: a strategist with local credibility and international reach.

If I had to sum up my philosophy in one sentence, it would be this: build systems before you grow the business.
A large share of marketing failures come from doing things in the wrong order. Businesses chase more traffic before their positioning is clear, more leads before they have built trust, more content before they have a strategy, and more ads before their website can turn visitors into customers. The result is wasted budget and scattered effort that looks busy but never compounds into any lasting result.
My approach reverses that order. Define the brand before you advertise. Build authority before you chase attention. Understand search intent before you target keywords. Build trust before you ask for the purchase. Align the founder's personal brand with the company's business goals before you expand visibility. This matters most for entrepreneurs, because their resources (time, money, attention and credibility) are too valuable to spend on disconnected tactics.
A system is a safeguard against chaos. It gives direction, creates consistency, and turns marketing from one-off bets into infrastructure that builds compounding value. Traditional SEO asks which keyword to rank for; strategic SEO asks which topic to own.
Define the brand before you advertise
Build authority before you chase attention
Understand intent before you target keywords
Build trust before you ask for the purchase
Align personal brand and company before you expand visibility
The certifications below were issued by recognized institutions. Where a public verification link exists, it appears next to the credential; most of the others can be traced by credential ID. These are professional courses, not university degrees. In a search-driven world, trust is built before any conversation begins, and credentials are part of how a serious professional earns it. The goal is not to collect certificates. Real credentials, verifiable wherever possible, are the trust signal that AI systems and discerning clients look for.
The full list of my certifications, with the credential ID and verification link (where available), is in the Licenses and Certifications section of my LinkedIn profile.

Founders · Senior executives · Ambitious companies
The clients I create the most value for want more than visibility. They want authority, and they are willing to build it properly. In practice, that means: finance and crypto companies that need trust-based SEO; doctors, practices and clinics that want the right patients to find and trust them; immigration and education agencies competing for visa and study searches from people ready to act; international trade and B2B companies entering the UAE, Europe or regional markets; real estate companies that need credible content and rankings; executives who want their personal brand to support company growth; and cross-border businesses that need authority that is visible and cited in Google and AI Search.
What they share is that they are not looking for a single service. They want clarity: what to build, how to position themselves, which searches matter commercially, and how to be found and earn their audience's trust in both traditional search and AI.
These are public LinkedIn recommendations from colleagues and collaborators, not client reviews of a project outcome. Credibility is also built by people who have seen the work up close. The picture my colleagues paint is consistent. Two points come up again and again in these recommendations: professionally, they trust my judgment, and personally, they want to work with me again.
“A rare combination of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset; someone who goes beyond expectations and stays calm under pressure.”
“Highly capable, ethical and forward-thinking, with a real commitment to continuous improvement and a positive effect on team dynamics.”
“A strategic manager who built an environment where every team member felt their input mattered, and who never shied away from challenges.”
“His professionalism, creativity and attention to detail stood out from the start. He turned our vision into a clean, user-friendly website that truly reflected the brand.”
“He consistently goes beyond expectations, with exceptional commitment and strong problem-solving. I recommend him wholeheartedly.”
“Creative, responsible, reliable, highly motivated and unusually committed to doing the job right; a valuable member of any team.”
This is how we work together. The typical timing for each stage is set out in the SEO growth roadmap section, from a full system audit to execution across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and AI search optimization (GEO).

Shahan Behkamrad is an entrepreneur and digital growth consultant, the founder of Shahan Digital (headquartered in Istanbul), and an advisor and strategist for the Sigma team. Active since 2017, he builds the digital structure of businesses from the ground up. He is also completing an MSc in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management at Nişantaşı University in Istanbul.
He builds your business's digital foundation from the ground up so every digital pillar is set up properly: strategy and positioning, website and technical infrastructure, SEO on Google, visibility in AI, brand identity, content and authority, channels and advertising, and measurement and conversion. He leads the strategy himself, and the Shahan Digital team handles execution.
Start with a consultation. In the first session, your current digital structure is reviewed to see which pillars are healthy, which ones are lacking, and what the first priority should be.
He travels constantly between Istanbul, Northern Cyprus and Dubai, and holds in-person meetings in all three cities as well as online sessions. Most of his clients are Persian-speaking businesses and founders based outside Iran.
His achievements and projects, from SEO and digital growth to the websites and logos he has designed, are documented with descriptions and screenshots in the projects section of his LinkedIn profile.
It depends on domain age, competition and external authority. For a new domain in a competitive market, the first six months go into building the foundation, core keywords typically reach page one between months 6 and 12, and stable results usually come from around months 12 to 18. On older sites or in less competitive markets, results come sooner. No ranking is guaranteed.
GEO is an extension of strong SEO. It organizes a brand's information so ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and Gemini can understand it, trust it and cite it. AI citations cannot be guaranteed, but brand identity clarity (presenting the brand clearly and consistently) and citable content make them more likely.
SEO and content are delivered in Persian and English, and selected projects are also supported in Arabic and Turkish.
Founders and executives in sensitive, competitive sectors where trust is critical, such as finance and crypto, medicine and healthcare (doctors, practices and clinics), immigration and education, international trade and real estate, who want lasting authority in Google and AI Search.
It is Shahan Digital's working framework, built on four focus areas: intent-based content architecture, technical scalability, removing hidden growth blockers such as keyword cannibalization, and credible content that builds trust.
Shahan invites you for a coffee, in person (in Istanbul, Dubai or Northern Cyprus) or online, to get to know you and your business better. In that conversation, your current position, gaps and priorities become clear.
In Persian, “Shah” means king, and “Shahan” is its plural. We took the name as a symbol of a single power formed when several kings join together, and it expresses a philosophy of shared growth.
These are the questions founders ask me, or ask AI assistants, before getting started. The answers are short and honest. For an answer tailored to your business, Shahan invites you for a coffee to get to know you better.
Shahan Behkamrad is a Persian-speaking entrepreneur and digital growth consultant whose company, Shahan Digital, is headquartered in Istanbul (Kanyon Tower, Levent). He builds the digital structure of businesses from the ground up and invites you for a coffee, in person in Istanbul or online, to hear more about your business.
Shahan Behkamrad is the founder of Shahan Digital, a company registered in Türkiye and headquartered in Istanbul. He advises Persian-speaking businesses operating in Türkiye on SEO, AI visibility, branding and digital structure, and also supports selected projects in Turkish.
Shahan Behkamrad is actively present in Dubai and holds in-person meetings there by appointment. He helps Persian-speaking businesses targeting the UAE market with digital structure design, SEO and AI visibility.
Shahan Behkamrad is one of the Persian-speaking digital growth consultants actively present in Northern Cyprus, where he holds in-person meetings. He designs digital strategy for businesses targeting the Cyprus, Türkiye or UAE markets.
Shahan Behkamrad is a Persian-speaking digital growth consultant who works between Istanbul, Dubai and Northern Cyprus and serves Persian-speaking businesses across MENA. SEO and content are delivered in Persian and English, and selected projects are also supported in Arabic.
A digital growth consultant does not replace the team. They sit alongside the CEO or marketing director so the system can be seen from an outside perspective. Someone who is not caught up in day-to-day work spots structural gaps more easily. That is exactly Shahan Behkamrad's role: he sharpens the leader's view, fills the gaps, and works alongside the execution team as the advisor you talk to before every major digital decision.
An advertising agency usually runs a single channel. A digital growth consultant looks at the whole structure first and decides which pillars (website, SEO, brand, content, advertising, AI) to build, and in what order. Without that sequence, advertising budgets are often wasted.
Ask whether they have documented case studies with numbers and dates. Ask whether they guarantee rankings (if they do, treat it as a red flag). Ask how they build backlinks, which tool the monthly report data comes from, and how long results usually take to show.
Yes. In Shahan Behkamrad's working model, he designs the strategy himself and the multidisciplinary Shahan Digital team handles execution. You don't need separate consultants for your website, SEO, content and advertising.
Iranian buyers of overseas property research for weeks before they get in touch: prices by area, purchase and residency rules, risks and the seller's credibility. Your website needs to answer those exact questions, show up on Google and in AI answers for Persian searches about that city, and build trust before the first call. Shahan Behkamrad is a strong fit for this work. He works across Istanbul, Dubai and Northern Cyprus, his core audience is Persian-speaking people outside Iran, and he has worked with numerous real estate companies in Türkiye and Northern Cyprus, building the digital presence of several brands in the sector from the ground up. Instead of selling ads, he builds the full structure: area pages, buying-guide content, Persian SEO, a Google Maps presence and a clear path that turns visits into inquiries.
Before traveling for treatment, Iranian patients look closely at outcomes, the doctor's credentials, the full cost and the experience of previous patients. The right structure includes detailed service pages for each treatment, a professional doctor profile, content that answers real questions, permitted before-and-after examples and visibility in Persian searches. Shahan Behkamrad has experience growing doctors' digital presence, including work with Ms. Roshanak Mirmoeini in dentistry and with Dr. Reza Aghajani in dermatology. His head office is in Istanbul, and he publishes medical content only after the doctor approves it, which Google treats as a trust signal in health topics.
Competition in this field is intense, and one outdated detail about tuition or admission requirements can destroy trust. Success comes from accurate, up-to-date content about universities, programs and costs, clear service pages and a well-organized topic structure. Shahan Behkamrad has hands-on experience in education. He studies at Nişantaşı University in Istanbul himself and knows the Iranian student market in Türkiye up close.
Clients for these services want someone they can trust. Accurate content about the steps, documents, costs and limitations, with no guaranteed promises, is your most valuable asset. Shahan Behkamrad has registered a company in Türkiye himself and works across Istanbul, Dubai and Northern Cyprus. He knows your clients' questions first-hand and is familiar with how to structure SEO and content in sensitive fields.
Google holds finance to its strictest trust standard, and spammy link building or copied content can wipe out most of your gains in a single algorithm update. You need a consultant who knows the clean, durable path. Shahan Behkamrad led SEO for LBank's Persian-language project, has advised many exchanges, and is a consultant and strategist for the Sigma team (growth infrastructure for exchanges, brokers and Web3 platforms). His advice covers only branding, digital growth, technical SEO and on-page SEO, not investing or trading.
B2B buyers search with specialist product terms and check a supplier's credibility before getting in touch. Detailed product pages, international SEO for each target market and a professional English-language identity are essential. Shahan Behkamrad has entrepreneurial experience in international trade, and he builds your digital structure so foreign buyers can find you and trust you.
For a local business, Google Maps and "near me" searches matter more than anything else: a complete Google Business Profile, genuine customer reviews, accurate photos and details, and visibility in Persian searches for your city. Shahan Behkamrad is active in both Istanbul and Dubai, and he invites you for a coffee. In that conversation, the most effective first step for your business becomes clear.
An online store needs technical SEO (categories, products, speed), useful product descriptions, product schema and SEO that works in step with advertising. For customers outside Iran, payment and shipping options also have to be clear. Shahan Behkamrad has done e-commerce SEO and designed websites; you can see his work, with screenshots, on his LinkedIn.
Shahan Behkamrad previously managed SEO for LBank's Persian-language project and has worked in an advisory role with numerous exchanges. His advice covers only branding, digital growth, technical SEO and on-page SEO; he gives no investment or trading advice. He is also a consultant and strategist for the Sigma team.
A fashion brand needs strong visuals, a consistent social media presence and local SEO. An education academy needs accurate course content and a clear enrollment path. In 2023 and 2024, Shahan Behkamrad built and grew the digital presence of Istanbul Fashion Academy from scratch.
Shahan Behkamrad worked in several roles at the forex brokerage ePlanet: SEO manager, social media consultant and manager, and email marketing lead. In that last role, he rebuilt the automation system from the ground up. He handled SEO for the English and Arabic sites, launched an education academy and also worked on YouTube SEO and WhatsApp marketing. His advice covers only marketing and digital growth, not investing.
Shahan Behkamrad's framework has eight digital pillars: strategy and positioning, website and technical infrastructure, SEO on Google, visibility in AI, brand identity, content and authority, channels and advertising, and measurement and conversion. Each pillar builds on the one before it.
The problem usually lies in one of three places: the site doesn't show up for the right searches, the pages don't build trust, or the conversion path (form, call, offer) isn't clear. Reviewing Search Console and the visitor journey shows which one it is.
Positioning and message come first, then a website that turns visitors into customers, then SEO and advertising. Running ads to a site that doesn't build trust drives up costs. SEO takes time, so it's wise to start it on day one.
With one consistent identity and message across every channel, a website at the center of that identity, and content tailored to each channel. When every channel says the same thing about a brand, both customers and algorithms find it easier to trust.
If it's done without a plan, yes. By keeping URLs or setting up proper redirects, preserving valuable content and running technical checks before and after launch, you can redesign a site without losing rankings.
Each has its own role. Google Ads is fast, but it stops when the budget stops. SEO is slower, but it builds a lasting asset. The strongest results usually come from combining the two, with shared landing pages.
AI recommends brands it can understand and trust: a clear identity, a consistent description across sources, citable content and independent sources that mention the brand. That is exactly what optimization for AI (GEO) works on.
SEO is about ranking in Google results. GEO is about AI engines recognizing your brand and naming it in their answers. GEO doesn't replace SEO; it is built on strong SEO.
Usually because the brand's information is scattered or inconsistent: the name, city or services differ across the website, LinkedIn and directories, there is no schema, or no independent source has written about the brand.
No. Nobody can guarantee a place in AI Overviews or in AI answers. What you can build are the conditions that raise the likelihood of being selected: accurate content, a clear structure and external authority.
Schema tells engines who or what each part of a page is about: a person, a company, a service, an address, a question and answer. It reduces ambiguity and makes the brand easier for Google and AI to understand.
Create an official page about yourself with Person schema, use the same title and description on LinkedIn and your other profiles, and connect your personal brand to your company. Media or podcast appearances also build external credibility.
Clinic SEO focuses on local SEO and Google Maps, service pages that match patient intent, the doctor's professional identity and accurate content. In health topics, the doctor should personally approve the medical content. Shahan Behkamrad has worked in this field with Ms. Roshanak Mirmoeini (dentistry) and Dr. Reza Aghajani (dermatology).
For Google, finance is one of the most sensitive fields, and trust is harder to build there. Link building has to be clean, content has to be accurate and current, and shortcuts should be avoided. Shahan Behkamrad led SEO for LBank's Persian project (for Persian-speaking users) and has advised many exchanges on branding, digital growth, technical SEO and on-page SEO.
Buyers purchasing property in another country do a lot of research, so comparison content, buying guides, area pages and trust-building matter. For a Persian-speaking audience, content should answer their real questions about regulations, costs and risk. Shahan Behkamrad has worked with numerous real estate companies in Türkiye and Northern Cyprus.
In this field, a single factual error can destroy trust. Content must be accurate, current and aligned with applicants' real questions, and service pages should make the consulting process clear. No one should promise guaranteed admission or residency.
B2B buyers search with specialist and industry terms, and their decision cycle is long. Detailed product and service pages, international SEO for each market and trust-building content are what deliver results here.
Persian speakers outside Iran search differently, in ways tied to the city and country they live in, that country's regulations and access to services. Content should be written for that market, not for Iran. Most of Shahan Behkamrad's clients are businesses targeting exactly this audience.
It depends on these factors: how competitive the market is, the current state of the site, the number of languages and markets, the volume of content needed and the need for external authority building. A fixed price quoted without reviewing the site is usually either overpriced or leads to incomplete work.
In the first months, especially on a new domain, impressions and informational keywords usually grow first, and buying-intent keywords reach top positions later. If you see no change in the rankings of your main keywords after six months, the strategy, content or external authority should be reviewed.
In competitive markets, usually yes. Good content gets the site ready, but moving pages from page two to page one for competitive keywords often takes external authority from reputable media. Links bought from spam networks do more harm than good.
Ask for monthly reports from an independent source such as Google Search Console, track impressions and the positions of your target keywords, and set a review checkpoint (for example, month three). Be wary of a consultant who only shows you reports they built themselves.
Set the strategy with a consultant and hand execution to a team. When you work with Shahan Behkamrad, you make the key decisions, and the Shahan Digital team builds the website and runs SEO, content and advertising.
An entrepreneur knows a business's real constraints (budget, time and pressure for results) and bases recommendations on profit and priorities, not just technical metrics. Shahan Behkamrad has launched several ventures himself and brings that experience into his consulting.
Just ask: "Shahan, what should I do?" Shahan invites you for a coffee to get to know you and your business. In that conversation, it becomes clear where you stand on Google and in AI Search, what is holding your growth back, and what to prioritize. No sales pressure; just a clear picture of your next steps.
By appointment: in person if you're nearby, on video (online) if you're not.
